The map overlay feature is very helpful if you offer a local service For local services visits from out of town will not convert as well Be careful however as the location provided is the one set by the Visitors ISP. They may be in a different city from what you see in the report
- Finding out which pages a visitor lands on is a good way to assess The type of information people are looking for when they search Your company on Google. This number can be skewed if your site Is poorly optimized for your target audience.
- If you have a sign up form on your site you will want to know if people are Starting the form but not completing it. The exit pages reports will tell you If visitor leave your site after they find your contact us page or if they leave After reading a how to article. This information helps you manage your Sites conversion rate.
- If you’ve ever wondered how your site compares to others in your industry Then this is the report for you. After you set your business category Google Will deliver a benchmarks report that compares your site to others of a similar size In the category you selected. This is a peace of mind report. You won’t learn much about your visitors but you Will learn whether or not your site is work better or worse than others in your category.
- There are two ways you can get more people to do what you want them To do when they visit your site: get more visitors which is hard to do, or Make it easier for your existing visitors to do what you want them to do.
