Making Health Connections:
• The three sides of your health are
connected. Each side affects the other
two. Being healthy means that your health
triangle is balanced.

• Nobody’s health triangle is perfectly
balanced all the time.
• However, a healthy person is aware
enough to know that he or she must make
a change when one side starts to get out
of balance.

Key of wellness: Prevention of illness
• Prevention is keeping something from
happening. Ways of preventing illness:
– Don’t take unnecessary chances or risks.
– Know your weaknesses.
– Keep informed
– Be responsible. Do not leave your health to
chance.
