Paloma Picasso was born in Paris in 1949. Her father was Pablo Picasso and her

Paloma Picasso's jewelry design talent was soon shown in the drama on stage.
She made a series of rhinestones necklaces from the gems on Folie-Bergeres
swimwear gems and won the appreciation of drama critics. Paloma Picasso was
encouraged and decided to go back to school to learn the formal jewelry design
and production training. One year later, Paloma Picasso showed to her friend,
the well-known fashion designer Yves Saint-Laurent her first work. Yves Saint
Laurent immediately asked her to design a set of jewelry for its fashion series.
Subsequently, Paloma Picasso helped the House of Zolotas to design gold
jewelry. From the process of a large number of jewelry making, her design skills
became much better.
