I went up there to express how I was empathetic to Bush because I labeled
him a racist and years later I got labeled as a racist….
I don't mess with Matt Lauer or the Today Show … and that's a very nice way
for me to put it!
HE TRIED TO FORCE MY ANSWERS. IT WAS VERY BRUTAL AND I CAME
THERE WITH ONLY POSITIVE INTENT.
I feel very alone very used very tortured very forced very misunderstood
very hollow very very misused
I don't trust anyone but myself! Everyone has an agenda. I don't do press
anymore. I can't be everything to everybody anymore.
Kanye West twitrer iblant
I can't be everybody's hero and villain savior and sinner Christian and anti
Christ!
intenst
I can't take anymore advice!!! I create, I'm creative, I have a good heart,
everyone will see and understand one day.
Everything sounds like noise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EVERYTHING SOUNDS LIKE
NOISE!!!!!!! I don't trust anyone!
Very judged very scrutinized very criticized! I want everyone to know I have
lows all the time but I make it through them!
Yo I really wonder if Matt Lauer thought that shit was cool to play the "MTV"
clip while I was speaking about Bush?
He played clips of Bush and asked me to look at his face while I was trying
to talk to him. I wish Michael Jackson had twitter!!!!!!
Maybe Mike could have explained how the media tried to set him up!!! It's all
a fucking set up!!!!
This is rock and roll life my people… you can't stop the truth you can't stop
the music and I have to be strong or "they" win!!!!
Sometimes it's not simple, some days it's not easy… I just want to create. I
love you guys, thanks for the support!

“Shortly after I began producing Rebecca’s Pocket I noticed two side
effects I had not expected. First, I discovered my own
interests. I thought I knew what I was interested in, but after
linking stories for a few months I could see that I was much more
interested in science, archaeology, and issues of injustice than I had
realized. More importantly, I began to value more highly my
own point of view. In composing my link text every day I
Rebecca own opinions and Rebecca’s and I began to
carefully considered myBlood. “Weblogs: A History and Perspective.”ideas,Pocket. (http://www.rebeccablood.net/essays/

I just inscribed myself in a long tradition of people taking and making pictures of themselves.\nPeople have been making pictures of themselves for a long time. \n\nThis is Parmigianino’s self-portrait in a Convex mirror, painted around 1523.\n\ncompare rune sticks where only text is “I, Jill made this” (well, except Jill isn’t really an old norse name)\nKilroy was here\n\nThis presentation explores ways in which this urge to represent ourselves has transition into the digital age, for instance in self-portrait projects, Flickr and online photo-sharing and in weblogs. \n
distortion of the mirror. Technology that helps us see ourselves also changes us\nWe can never see ourselves the way that others see us. Also: others can never see us the way we see ourselves.\nSelf-portraits are both an attempt to see ourselves and an attempt to show others they way WE think we look. \n
\n
Cameras used to be big, and just as painters often painted the tools of their trade into their self-portraits, photographers include their cameras in THEIR self-portraits. In many cases, the camera in the image is the camera taking the photograph.\n\nHere the photographer leans her check to the camera as one might with a lover. \n
Almost like a wedding photo.\n(check that this really is Margaret Burke-White - p 135 of Seeing Ourselves?)\n
From the book “Seeing Ourselves”: \n“Interwar photographer - androgynous and disturbing - relishing the power of being able to turn the camera’s eye on the world.”\n\nGermain Krull, on the other hand, keeps the camera as a barrier between herself and the world.\n
“The camera expanded the possibilities of self-portraiture. It can bar the viewer from possessing the photographer.” (Seeing Ourselves)\n\nInquiring, experimental.\n\nThis is far closer to the contemporary digital self-portraits I’ll be looking at.\n

The Mirror and the Veil”.
Pew - over til faktisk identitet)\n

\n
Kjendiser har kanskje det motsatte behovet. De vil vise at de er vanlige mennesker. \n
\n
\n
- also: every time we pick a screenname or an icon\n
Have any of you ever found yourself more interested in your own icon than in the icons or screennames of the people you’re communicating with?\n\nChristy sometimes has. \n\nThomas argues that this shows how our avatars and icons are LIKE MIRRORS.\nSelf-exploration.\n\nThe mirror phase of psychoanalysis is of course the phase where we as infants became aware of ourselves through seeing itself in a mirrros. \n
\n
\n
For engelske/amerikanske puritanere var dagboken en påkrevd form for religiøs selvdisiplin. Dagboken forteller om en spirituell reise mot personlig frelse og var viet skribentens indre diskusjon med seg selv. \n
