Summary The Goals of Technology Plan at my high school are all inclusive with the District Improvement Plan: Instructional Technology involves the integration of technology to enhance the student learning process and better equip students. At my high school, staff development opportunities are provided. The teachers are assisted with technology implementation in all subject areas. As the teachers become more proficient in using technology as an instructional tool, students begin to see relevance, are more engaged in learning and thus become highly motivated to succeed.
