8:30 – 9:30 – Macapagal
1:00 – 2:00 – Aquino
3:00 – 4:00 – Laurel
A. Students and Setting;
Students:
The recipient of this MAPEH subject is the Grade 9 Student under K-12 curriculum ages
(15-16). There are 30 - 40 each class, which composes with average Intelligence
Quotient (I.Q) and below average, based on their general average. Some of them can’t
express their ideas in straight English since they talk in mother tongue (Bisaya) the same
with in Elementary School in their daily conversation but with the assistance of the
teacher the students are able to speak English little by little and can understand. In my
case they are not really exposed to textbook reading due to lack of books and
communication, and aside from that as the K to 12 is concerned we are in performance
based assessment, so we need to bring our students to a real situation in order for them
to identify and can contrast in to the specific task given. Media such as television, videos
and even radio and internet is very significant in my subject resulting them for easy and
quick respond to the activity.
Setting:
This is a public school where the teachers in grade 9 have 1 subject taught in other 6
sections. Far from the city of about 20 kilometers where situated the school in New
Corella, Davao del Norte. MAPEH subject is specialized in secondary school, we called
SPA we have performing arts, choral, brass band and athletic. Those students not
enrolled on this program SPA they are in a regular class. I handling a regular class
Monday to Friday 7:20 - 2:30pm, but I have also an SPA class Monday to Friday 3: 30 to
4:30 pm. The students improve the overall health and also helps improve the self-
esteem, interpersonal relationships, responsible behavior, and independence among
students.

(3 minutes)Formative Assessment
(20 minutes)
Giving of Homework
(2 minutes)
Total time: 60 minutes
F. Alternative Assessment
The objectives of this lesson require assessment that could really assess the performance of the students. I
give positive feedback in the developmental activity where in some pupils are willingly share their
experiences in the class. Through this pupils are encouraged to speak about their experience and to
develop their confidence in communicating. The second activity which is enrichment activity challenges
the pupils to be alert in thinking since they are going to list in the venn diagram guided questions provided.
In this way, while checking their ability to respond in a question and organize their answers, the pupils will
be assessed through peer-correction. The strategy which is the Round table adopted from the (Learning
guide help-Basic Education Assistance for Mindanao) deepen the ability of the pupil to write a paragraph
about a thing that is memorable to them in the sense that they have unforgettable experience about it.
The activity in the application targets in assessing pupil’s own works, thus self-correction does. Finally, I
give them an activity as the formative assessment. This assessment aims to develop not only the cognitive
level of the leaner in the sense that they are going to think what specific recreation activity. Children work
collaboratively, engaging themselves and definitely improving themselves while experiencing fun in
learning.
G. Reflection
This lesson speaks about the love to my dear pupils. Considering their multiple intelligences, like verbal/
linguistic, bodily/ kinesthetic, visual/ spatial and interpersonal connects to their skills as type of
assessment. This kind of assessment based on the performance of the children and definitely involves not
only the aspect of thinking, and moving but also the aspect of emotions and expressions. Thus, respect to
one’s experience
must duly be given to each pupil. I believe that as a teacher I should not only teach the what but also the
how in life. Teaching them the way of living is the best legacy that every teacher will do. It is clear for me
that the four languages focus mentioned reading, writing, speaking and listening will just follow whenever
there is learning by doing and learning while having fun. Therefore, as a teacher who aspire retention of
learning to my students there should be repetitive practices of using a certain kind of cooperative
assessment that facilitate genuine learning.

Motivation/ Presentation (3 minutes)Formative Assessment (20 minutes) Giving of Homework (2 minutes) Total time: 60 minutes F. Alternative Assessment The objectives of this lesson require assessment that could really assess the performance of the students. I give positive feedback in the developmental activity where in some pupils are willingly share their experiences in the class. Through this pupils are encouraged to speak about their experience and to develop their confidence in communicating. The second activity which is enrichment activity challenges the pupils to be alert in thinking since they are going to list in the venn diagram guided questions provided. In this way, while checking their ability to respond in a question and organize their answers, the pupils will be assessed through peer-correction. The strategy which is the Round table adopted from the (Learning guide help-Basic Education Assistance for Mindanao) deepen the ability of the pupil to write a paragraph about a thing that is memorable to them in the sense that they have unforgettable experience about it. The activity in the application targets in assessing pupil’s own works, thus self-correction does. Finally, I give them an activity as the formative assessment. This assessment aims to develop not only the cognitive level of the leaner in the sense that they are going to think what specific recreation activity. Children work collaboratively, engaging themselves and definitely improving themselves while experiencing fun in learning. G. Reflection This lesson speaks about the love to my dear pupils. Considering their multiple intelligences, like verbal/ linguistic, bodily/ kinesthetic, visual/ spatial and interpersonal connects to their skills as type of assessment. This kind of assessment based on the performance of the children and definitely involves not only the aspect of thinking, and moving but also the aspect of emotions and expressions. Thus, respect to one’s experience must duly be given to each pupil. I believe that as a teacher I should not only teach the what but also the how in life. Teaching them the way of living is the best legacy that every teacher will do. It is clear for me that the four languages focus mentioned reading, writing, speaking and listening will just follow whenever there is learning by doing and learning while having fun. Therefore, as a teacher who aspire retention of learning to my students there should be repetitive practices of using a certain kind of cooperative assessment that facilitate genuine learning.
