Teaching 21 st Century Learners the art of online negotiation and problem solving will bring them into the global community of education, business, and culture. Instructor should encourage group members to get to know each other and to form relationships. Collaboration can be enhanced by encouraging groups to take ownership over their project. Flexibility in the project format guidelines allows group members to choose from a variety of resources, tapping into the group’s diversity and creativity.
