I made a powerpoint showing who my intended Target Audience is for my music video, Digipak and Advert

2. The age group for my music video would be:
15 to 25 year olds as they might be able to
relate to the situation shown in my music
video.

3. My music video is aimed at both male and
female as I don’t think the music itself is
gender bias and I believe both males and
females can both enjoy and connect to the
lyrics, as well as to the music video, Digipak
and Advertisement.

4. The genre of music my target audience
would be interested in would be pop rock

Coldplay
Scouting for Girls
I have picked these bands as
they are all of a similar genre
and music style to the song
that I have chosen.

interested in:
• Might play a musical instrument
• Social networking (therefore on the advert I will include the bands
Facebook and Twitter @)
• Reading
• Going to gigs/concerts (In the music video I have included lip singing)
• Into things of gothic genre (In the music video I have filmed shots at
cathedrals, graveyards and rivers which all fit into the gothic genre.)
• Watching TV (In my music video there is a shot of the actors watching
TV)
• May be in high school, college, University or work

7. My target audience may have been in a similar
relationship like the one in my music video-They
can relate

8. My target audiences clothing style may be similar to the clothing style of the actors in my music video,
which is fashionable and slightly rock styled. This links with music genre and style too.
