An effective communication comprises of four crucial elements, which include sender, receiver, media and message. The Sender is a person who has an idea that he or she plans conveying to other person. The receiver is the person who is intended to receive the message which was sent by the sender. The media refer to the channel that transfers message from the sender to receiver. Finally, message refers to the information or idea that the sender wants to convey.
