users offers us the learning offers as

others. Besides that offers us a baggage of
topics. It also presents difficulties for those
who have no had access to the virtual world
and it is difficult of being submerged by lack
of money; this in turn gives us a shortage of
poverty. So that the ICT are supported by
the educational secretary. It allows
developing the teachers and students in the
educational environment with the purpose
of improving the learning of students and
teachers to give an appropriate use of the
ICT where this pedagogical tool must be
integrated and articulated in the
educational programs.
