A stakeholder is anybody who has a vested
interest in the project
Includes (at least):
– Project manager—manages the project, creates
project plans, measures performance, takes
corrective action, manages the project team, and
reports status
– Project Team—those responsible for completing
the activities of the project
– Sponsor—Project initiator, supporter, overseer,
and decision-maker
