Jeb is an accomplished Reservoir/Petroleum Engineer working with and leading multi-disciplinary
technological, economic and audit teams in field re/development, peer review and asset
management interfacing with Government, financial, and service sectors to deliver projects. Jeb
achieves this by building relationships based on a broad understanding of all oil industry disciplines
and a detailed reservoir understanding.
Jeb maintains a hands on reservoir/petroleum engineering approach to his subsurface work
building, running and HM reservoir simulation and asset models based on all available subsurface
and well data for fields under his management and crucially working all disciplines to focus on the
key aspects of an asset. He has patents in enhanced heavy oil recovery and dewatering gas wells.
Jeb was SPE Aberdeen Chairman from 2008-2010. He has written papers, articles, courses,
conference presenter, exhibitor, chair and committees in UK and International including Chairing
the prestigious www.DEVEX-conference.org in 2008 on behalf of SPE, AFES, PESGB & DECC.
Jeb has successfully participated in the UK 21st-27th License rounds, gaining interests in UK
Blocks and negotiating the acquisition and disposal of assets. In a joint venture he was involved in
raising funds for a field development, writing FDP and environmental statement and executing pre-
feed studies before selling on.

National Grid Technical Review Board. Chaired SPE CO2 Conference Aberdeen March 2011.
