7. Adolf Hitler Adolf Hitler was born on 20th April, 1889, in the small Austrian town of Braunau near the German border. Both Hitler's parents had come from poor peasant families. Adolf Hitler was the leader of the killing of 6 million Jews. The Jews were killed in various ways. They were either worked to death, killed in gas camps, or killed by other cruelties. Then their remains were used for various items such as soap, lamp shades, ect. They would take the gold teeth out of people after they were gassed. There was a vault found with 384 pounds of gold teeth. Adolf Hitler died on April 30, 1945, in Berlin, Germany.
8. Anne Frank Anne Frank was born in Frankfurt am Maine, Germany on June 12, 1929. Her older sister, Margot was three years older than her. In 1933 Anne, Margot, her father (Otto Frank) and her mother (Edith Frank) moved to Amsterdam. Anne Frank and her family were Jewish. Anne died in Bergen-Belsen concentration camp of typhus and so did her sister Margot. Her mother died of starvation and her father was the only one (out of that family) who survived. Anne is remembered in many ways, her father found her diary and has written many books about. This is how Anne is remembered today.
9. Chiune Sugihara Chiune Sugihara was a Japanese Consul-General in Kaunas, Lithuania, he issued thousands of visas to Jews fleeing Poland in defiance of orders from his foreign ministry. The last diplomat to leave Kaunas, Sugihara continued stamping visas from the open window of his departing train.
