Organizational planning for hospital nursing services

The statement of the purpose or the belief of the nursing services is in keeping with the hospitals beliefs regarding patients care and approved by administration. The objectives are specific, Measurable Practicable, Attainable, the purpose and objectives r understood by all staff  
