Job Summary
As in Costing & FP& A, many jobs and responsibilities are to be performed; these are mainly
at the month closing & year closing, Proper closing of books monthly & reporting monthly
data to management by processing it in different financial models
Role & Key Responsibilities:
· Maintaining the BOM for all finished products, taking cost run as per requirement,
analysing the revaluation impact before taking costing run.
· Calculation of E& O (Excess& Obsolete) and taking the provision on monthly basis.
· Taking of monthly JVs like WIP, Overheads and duties on closing stock for reflecting
better financial positions.
- Analysing monthly Scrap and PPV (Purchase Price Variance) at domestic, export &
finished product level.
- Splitting of monthly P&L in domestic and export for getting better performance
analysis of the market
- Preparing the customer wise revenue and quantity.
- Reporting of customer wise revenue globally.
- Royalty calculation on the basis of finalised sales and revenue.
- Preparation and analysis of cost center report
- Preparing and analysis of Conversion cost report.
- Analysing the pricing change of finished product and reporting the reason for change.
- Material cost analysis on the basis of actual receipts.
- Preparing monthly product wise profitability and matching the revenue with P& L
- Calculating the transfer pricing for the finished product and components.
- Involvement in AOP, 5+7, 8+4 & inventory counting weekly & yearly
- Retrieving data from Hyperion, uploading data in SAP.
- Weekly cycle count for Inventory in Plant & External Warehouse
