This document summarizes the learning experiences of J.K. Saini from the M.Tech ET program at NIIT University Neemrana. Saini learned a cognitive themes driven approach to teaching that emphasizes constructive learning, mental frameworks, extended practice, self-awareness, motivation, social interaction, and contextual knowledge. Saini created value streams for students, staff, the organization, and self by using educational technology to improve instructional design, build brain-compatible lessons, and enable interactive and inclusive learning projects. Saini shares knowledge through a personal website, Edmodo classroom, YouTube, SlideShare, digital diaries, blogs, and online publications.
