41. Urban Indian Housing AICDC proposes to continue on with this national movement by creating homeownership opportunities in the Ventura Village Neighborhood and Phillips community.
42. Urban Indian Housing The program is intended to site such housing in close proximity to the cultural institutions and organizations along Franklin Avenue. It is planned that such a concentration of homeownership can give the critical mass needed to sustain “Native Identification” with the area. NACDI has identified such a valuable cultural resource in its master planning process.
