Reimbursement for Expenditure
• The Reimbursement/Payment Form should be used for all payments
• All claims must be supported with or iginal receipts/invoices from supplier. “NETS”,
written list, Societies’ own generated receipts are not accepted.
• Official receipts/invoices should have a clear description of the items purchased or
services rendered.
• All claims on this must be signed by the President or Treasurer.
• For payment into individual account Payee name, address and bank account must
match records in myISIS.
• Non-conformance may delay the processing of the reimbursement.
