 Contributor :
A Person who think about him self first than he think about
his organization and than he think about his society.
 Non-Contributor :
A Person who think only for himself and his profit and he
does not help anyone.
Definition :
Example :
 Contributor Teacher :
 He worry about student bright future. He ask for the
student’s problem and solve it together.
 He built self-confidence in student and make his
personality.
 Non-Contributor Teacher :
 He does not worry about the student bright future.
 He does not care whether the students are paying
attention or not and they can understand the topic or
not.
 He does this job only for his salary.
Example :
 Contributor Government Officer :
 He talk gently and say that when your work is done I will
give you a reminder.
 Non-Contributor Government Officer :
 He talk rudely and say that I am busy now come after two
weeks.
 He does not think about the person's situation.
Example :
 Contributor Sweeper :
 He cares enough to ensure that the living
environment is clean for the people in the locality
 He take pride for his work.
 Non-Contributor Sweeper :
 He sees his work in narrow way and does only for his
Dal-Roti.
 He has no pride and interest in his work and work like a
robot.
Example :
 Contributor team member :
 He always put team success before personal success.
 He do not let personal ego in the way.
 Non-Contributor team member :
 He always put personal success before team success.
 Such people may be talented as individual stars but are
unable to contribute in a team environment.
 The Contributor person put team success before his/her
personal success.
 Contributor person always ready to help every one.
 The Contributor is committed to the responsibilities of his role.
He is not a “clock watcher”.

 Because of the above quality…

Contributer Personality Development

  • 2.  Contributor : A Person who think about him self first than he think about his organization and than he think about his society.  Non-Contributor : A Person who think only for himself and his profit and he does not help anyone. Definition :
  • 3. Example :  Contributor Teacher :  He worry about student bright future. He ask for the student’s problem and solve it together.  He built self-confidence in student and make his personality.  Non-Contributor Teacher :  He does not worry about the student bright future.  He does not care whether the students are paying attention or not and they can understand the topic or not.  He does this job only for his salary.
  • 4. Example :  Contributor Government Officer :  He talk gently and say that when your work is done I will give you a reminder.  Non-Contributor Government Officer :  He talk rudely and say that I am busy now come after two weeks.  He does not think about the person's situation.
  • 5. Example :  Contributor Sweeper :  He cares enough to ensure that the living environment is clean for the people in the locality  He take pride for his work.  Non-Contributor Sweeper :  He sees his work in narrow way and does only for his Dal-Roti.  He has no pride and interest in his work and work like a robot.

Example :  Contributor team member :  He always put team success before personal success.  He do not let personal ego in the way.  Non-Contributor team member :  He always put personal success before team success.  Such people may be talented as individual stars but are unable to contribute in a team environment.
  • 7.  The Contributor person put team success before his/her personal success.  Contributor person always ready to help every one.  The Contributor is committed to the responsibilities of his role. He is not a “clock watcher”. Qualities of a contributor personality
