Similar to Egyptian Pharaoh! Pachacuti (He who shakes the earth) Yupanqui (with honor) was Sapa Inca and greatly expanded the Inca Empire, by very violent means. He also forced people to relocate great distances.

Was the Ice Maiden a “Chosen Woman?” between 1450 and 1480, at approximately 11–15 years old. "Juanita" has been on display in Catholic University's Museum of Andean Sanctuaries (Museo Santuarios Andinos) in Arequipa, Peru almost continuously since 1996. Found with her in the burial tapestry was a collection of grave goods: bowls, pins, and figurines made of gold, silver, and shell.

Machu Picchu was one fortress city. Cuzco was the capital, with an estimated 300,000 people. Perhaps 10 Million in the Inca Empire.
Unlike the Aztec and Maya, the Inca had animals large enough to be pack animals. They did not, however, have wheeled vehicles. Why do you think that is? Mountain terrain was not good for carts! They did have toy carts.
Women worked with making thread and yarn for weaving cloth. It was difficult work.
Women were Spinners of Wool, Weavers of cloth, Healers, Midwives, Abortionists.
