Safdarjang Hospital proposes to engage 04 Medical Physicists purely on contract basis as per
details and terms & conditions mentioned hereunder.
1. Age: Not exceeding 35 years as on date of Interview.
2. Educational Qualification:
a. M.Sc. in Radiological Physics or Medical Physics from a recognized University; or
b. M.Sc. in General Physics with one year postgraduate diploma course in Radiological
or Medical Physics conducted by BARC or its
equivalent.
Desirable: Two years experience of working in a Radiotherapy department/ Medical
Physics.
3. Consolidated remuneration: Rs. 50000/- per month. The contractual appointee will be
governed as per terms & conditions and relevant rules. Income Tax will be deducted at
source on monthly basis.
4. No TA/DA is admissible for attending the interview.
5. The leave entitlement of the appointee shall be governed as per DOPT OM No.
12016/3/84-Estt(L) dated 12.4.85 and OM No.12016/96-Estt(L) dt. 5.7.90.
6. Selected candidate will not be provided any residential accommodation by Safdarjang
Hospital.
The post is to be filled up purely on contract basis initially for a period of one year or till the post
is filled up on regular basis whichever is earlier. The candidate will not have any right to claim
for regularization of their services under any circumstances. Candidates accepting the above said
terms & conditions and fulfilling the qualifications and experience may Walk in for interview on
