OS Explanation
 Each Team Leader is responsible for handling 3 Clients on a start and a Team
Member is responsible for 1 Client on a start .

In a Month a team leader need to increase his own clients to 5 whereas a team
member need to increase it to 3 ( According To Sales Strategy )

             Therefore on a minimum growth of 100 % Cliental ensured

 The Alumni Team Leader is responsible to getting raises from one Source of our
Stakeholder and is responsible for getting 5 Raises from just Alumni or alumni referral .
And as mentioned before would yield 60 Raises in a year results in 40-50 Matches in a
year . ( The Amount is a bare minimum in terms of achieving though can be huge
growth for your LC’s)

       It’s Just Capitalizing on one source of Stakeholder and utilizing your LLC

 The Team Leader and Team Member handle accounts and Client Relation
Management therefore ensuring better CRM ( Responsible for Raising & Matching the
same client)

 Only Some Local Chapters have Team Leader /Vice President ET . It is too capitalize
on one Industry and Sub Product that can yield 100 % growth in iGIP as we supply as
well as demand for this .

Quality & AIESEC Experience is responsible to take out the burden of Realizations
from other teams .
They are responsible for Trainee Management and also delivering 6 elements of Global
Learning Environment for better intern experience .
  If High Realizations are happening in a month Your Raising & Matching would not
                                       hamper
