Member is responsible for 1 Client on a start .
In a Month a team leader need to increase his own clients to 5 whereas a team
member need to increase it to 3 ( According To Sales Strategy )
Therefore on a minimum growth of 100 % Cliental ensured
The Alumni Team Leader is responsible to getting raises from one Source of our
Stakeholder and is responsible for getting 5 Raises from just Alumni or alumni referral .
And as mentioned before would yield 60 Raises in a year results in 40-50 Matches in a
year . ( The Amount is a bare minimum in terms of achieving though can be huge
growth for your LC’s)
