1. Sunset Boulevard
The first shot is of the company logo, we can see that
“Paramount Pictures” made it.
The logo fades out and the camera lowers down to show the
name of the movie pained onto a road curb.
We can then see the camera is on a dolly as it scans the road
floor presenting names of the cast and crew, the camera
then looks up into the road ahead, this is the establishing
shot.
In this distance we can see head lights from cars coming
closer towards the camera, we can hear the sirens getting
louder then an unknown man starts narrating, he talks about
the location and time, while this is going on we can see that
the vehicles were police cars along with motorbikes.
The camera then swiftly pans as one police car races past so
we can see them disappearing in the distance, the narrator is
then talking about the police and here we find out that they
are proceeding to a homicide case.
The scene then changes to another street with large palm
trees across most of the screen, we then see the cars and
bikes pull into a drive in another scene.
The scene then changes to a high angle view of where they
are stopping.
The camera then pans to the left to show where the police
and also paparazzi are going to and we see that they are
outside a wealthy home and that there is a body in the pool
next to it.
The narrator is still talking throughout and here we find out
that the man was killed by two gunshots to his back and one
in the stomach.
We then get a closer view of that is in the pool and we can
see that it is a body laying face down, men with cameras try
to get as many photos as possible.
2. The next scene is taken under the water of the pool so we
can see the face of the victim and the police and cameramen
rippling through the water.
The narrator talks about the victim and the shot fade out.
