19. After taking independence back, on area of Nowe Miasto commune it started to creating
one-class Public Schools. Public School in Nowe Miasto was reopened in 1918 and comprised in
two chambers of former building of School. In occupation time teachers started to lead secret
lessons for which they were victimsed. Some of them were send to concetration camp.
