The Earth is the Gym where you Remember, Recover and Restore your natural footing with the land…
using land, sticks, stones, trees and water. Simple movements with nature’s’ gym equipment’ become a
Recovery practice to awaken ancient body wisdom which guides a student to further Re-story his
authentic self, along with his place and influence into the cultural story.

TRACK STORY. Students experience how to Gather, Store and Release their Story. How to track and
release thinking, movement and emotion in a healthy way.
1. Become a HABBIT OF THE SHARE experience how movements and habits are formed in
Habitat,. Recognize how you are a Habbit and can shape shift yourself to fit many Habitats until
you serve community as a ‘Habbit of the Share’.
2. Be a STEWARD of the LAND by fitting your foot to the land, paying attention when stepping out
to deepen acceptance and awareness with their walk and talk on the land.
3. PROBLM SOLVING in a tangible physical, mental, emotional and spirited way in 3 terrains
(Urban, Open Fenced Lands and the Gated Wild). A practice tethered to the organizing power of
the earth, that continually solves for “X”.
