3. WHAT IS ROOTING?
Rooting is a process to attain privileged control
(known as "root access") within Android system.
This is done by installing an executable ‘su’ under
/system/xbin/.

To improve the performance of an old phone.
Rooting enables all the user-installed applications to run
privileged commands that are typically unavailable to
the devices in their stock configuration.
After you have a root access over your phone, you
could browse your Android root folder and make any
