ASML (Netherlands) reports €14.0 billion net sales and €3.6 billion net
income in 2020
• Q4 net sales of €4.3 billion, gross margin of 52.0%, net income of €1.4 billion
• Q4 net bookings of €4.2 billion
• 2020 net sales of €14.0 billion, gross margin of 48.6%, net income of €3.6 billion
• ASML expects Q1 2021 net sales of between €3.9 billion and €4.1 billion and a gross margin
between 50% and 51%
• ASML intends to declare a total dividend over 2020 of €2.75 per ordinary share (15%
increase)
• ASML intends to declare a total dividend in respect of 2020 of €2.75 per ordinary share.
Recognizing the interim dividend of €1.20 per ordinary share paid in November 2020, this leads
to a final dividend proposal to the General Meeting of €1.55 per ordinary share. This is a 15%
increase compared to the 2019 total dividend of €2.40 per ordinary share.
• As part of its financial policy to return excess cash to its shareholders through growing
dividends and share buybacks, in January 2020, ASML announced a new three-year share
buyback program, to be executed within the 2020–2022 time frame. As part of this program,
ASML intends to purchase shares up to €6 billion, which includes a total of up to 0.4 million
shares to cover employee share plans. ASML intends to cancel the remainder of the shares
repurchased. To date, €1.2 billion worth of shares has been repurchased under the current
program.
Executive Commentary
“Our fourth-quarter sales came in at €4.3 billion, which is above our guidance. This was
mainly due to additional DUV shipments and upgrade opportunities. We shipped nine EUV
systems and recognized revenue for eight systems in the fourth quarter. Our fourth-quarter
net bookings came in at €4.2 billion, including €1.1 billion from EUV systems (net six
units).The total net sales for the year was €14.0 billion, including €4.5 billion from 31 EUV
systems. For ASML, 2020 was a year of strong growth, both in sales and in profitability.For
2021, we expect another year of growth driven by strong Logic demand and continued
recovery in Memory. The build out of the digital infrastructure and the continued technology
innovation is relevant to the consumer, automotive and industrial markets and drives demand
across our entire product portfolio," said ASML President and Chief Executive Officer

logistics warehouses located in the A2 Corridor axis, in Alcalá de
Henares (Madrid). pbb acted as sole Lender, Agent and Security
Agent.The 51,000-sqm well-connected logistics warehouses
comprises of two separate buildings. The first one provides 19,000
sqm and was completed in August 2020 in line with expectations
despite COVID-19. This building is fully let to two internationally
renowned firms. The second building comprising 32,000 sqm is
currently under development aiming at delivery in June 2021. This
project represents the first project of Delin Property in Spain.

Fujifilm (Japan) and the Center for Advanced Biological Innovation and Manufacturing
Announce 76 million USD in Funding for Manufacturing and Innovation Center
FUJIFILM Corporation and The Massachusetts Center for Advanced Biological Innovation and
Manufacturing ,announced that it has secured 76 million USD in financing and signed a lease for
a 40,000 square-foot site in Watertown, Massachusetts at The Arsenal on the Charles, owned and
operated by Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. The Center will advance research and
development in cell and gene therapy, gene editing, immunotherapy, and biotechnology.
FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies, the Bio CDMO* subsidiary of FUJIFILM Corporation,
will provide GMP** contract process development and manufacturing services as part of its role
in the new manufacturing and innovation center.Previously announced in November 2019,
CABIM aims to help new therapeutics, medicines, and technologies reach patients faster and
strengthen Greater Boston's position as the world's life science capitol. The industry-academia
research and development consortium was established with an equal investment each from
Fujifilm, Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cytiva (formerly part of GE
Healthcare Life Sciences), and Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. to shorten the path to
implementation of therapies, and to accelerate the practical application and commercialization of
these therapies. The consortium will work with other collaborators including Beth Israel
Deaconess Medical Center, Boston Children's Hospital, Brigham and Women's Hospital,
Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Massachusetts General Hospital, and MilliporeSigma.

FUJIFILM Corporation has announced that it has entered into an agreement with TEIJIN LIMITED, under which it agrees to tender for a tender offer to be conducted by
TEIJIN for the shares of common stock in Japan Tissue Engineering Co., Ltd. (J-TEC), a consolidated subsidiary of Fujifilm. If the Tender Offer is completed, J-TEC will no
longer be a consolidated subsidiary of Fujifilm. Fujifilm sets healthcare as one of its key business field and pursues the growth strategy. Among others, in the field of
biotherapeutics, Fujifilm has been expanding its business in areas such as biopharmaceutical contract development and manufacturing, for which Fujifilm has been actively

Agilent Technologies Inc. announced the release of MassHunter Workstation Plus 11.0, MassHunter Networked Workstation 11.0,
and MassHunter BioConfirm. The latest revision of these software enables data integrity consistent with the regulatory requirements
from the US FDA and EU EMEA guidance, providing user management, checksums, tamper detection, and audit trails for
MassHunter Acquisition, Quantitative Analysis, and MassHunter BioConfirm. First shipments are expected in June, with quotes

There’s a new brand of automotive intelligence equipped with the brains — and the battery — to go the distance. SAIC, the largest
automaker in China, joined forces with etail giant Alibaba to unveil a new premium EV brand, dubbed IM, or “intelligence in
motion.” The long-range electric vehicles will feature AI capabilities powered by the high-performance, energy-efficient NVIDIA
DRIVE Orin compute platform. The first two vehicles in the lineup — a flagship sedan and SUV — will have autonomous parking
and other automated driving features, as well as a 93kWh battery that comes standard. SAIC will begin taking orders for the sedan at
the Shanghai Auto Show in April, with the SUV following in 2022. These models will have multi NVIDIA Orin SoCs
(system-on-a-chip) at the core of a centralized computer system, achieving 500 to 1,000+ TOPS of performance for automated and
autonomous capabilities in addition to in-cabin personalization that is continuously upgradable over-the-air for a truly
software-defined experience. By centralizing and unifying the compute architecture, IM vehicles will be able to receive advanced

capabilities, as well as Qualcomm® Vision Enhanced Precise Positioning software, Alps Alpine developed ViewPose to provide highly accurate position and
attitude in virtually all environments at an update rate as high as the camera frame rate. Even under extended periods of limited GNSS reception, such as in tunnels
and covered parking garages, Qualcomm VEPP is able to maintain accurate vehicle pose.Additionally, ViewPose will serve as one of the first camera-sensing
systems to feature the Qualcomm VEPP software from Qualcomm Technologies. By leveraging MF-GNSS information provided by the Snapdragon Automotive
5G platforms, ViewPose provides a cost-effective solution to lane-level accuracy for applications including electric front, rear- and side-view mirrors, called

HP12×7.6ERD-S9” (HP12×7.6) in February 2021. The two new lenses use cutting-edge optical technology to produce dynamic 8K ultrahigh-definition video. The
HP66×15.2 is a box type zoom lens reaching the world's longest focal length* of 1000mm and offering the world's highest zoom magnification* of 66×. The HP12×7.6
is a portable type zoom lens covering the focal length range from the world's widest* 7.6mm to 91mm in telephoto. The HP66×15.2 and HP12×7.6 will complete a
seven-model lineup of Fujifilm's broadcast lenses to cater to the industry's need for 8K video production.the use of high-definition video is spreading rapidly in a diverse

screening services, including cancer screening, are widely available in Japan. A high proportion of people routinely receive medical screening, resulting in early detection and early
treatment of cancer and other diseases. Japan's five-year cancer survival rate stands at 70%, higher than that of emerging countries, highlighting the importance of regular medical
screening for early detection and treatment.Fujifilm supplies a wide range of products to medical institutions worldwide, including X-ray diagnostic imaging devices such as
mammography, as well as endoscope systems, in-vitro diagnostic devices and medical IT systems. In countries such as Turkey, Qatar and Saudi Arabia, the company not only supplies
such products but also partners with national governments to assist the introduction and proliferation of cancer screening services. In the latest move, these experiences and AI

Toshiba Electronic Devices & Storage Corporation has launched "TLP241B," a high-current photorelay in a DIP4 package
for industrial equipment such as programmable logic controllers and I/O interfaces. Samples and production quantities are
available now. TLP241B has integrated MOSFET based on Toshiba’s latest generation of U-MOS process. With
TLP241B, the OFF-state output terminal voltage is extended to 100V, a 150% improvement from the 40V of the current
TLP241A. It is housed in a versatile DIP4 package, and is the industry’s first[1] DIP4 packaged product to deliver 100V
OFF-state output terminal voltage, 2A ON-state current and 5kV isolation voltage. This rating expansion covers a variety
of applications. TLP241B can replace a 1-Form-A contact mechanical relay. Unlike mechanical relays, TLP241B has no
moving contacts to degrade. Its low current drive feature also improves product life. Other benefits are fast response time
and PCB space saving due to smaller package size.Since the maximum operating temperature rating is 110℃, temperature
design margins of equipment are easier to obtain.

Toshiba Corporation and Toshiba Digital Solutions Corporation, industry leaders in solutions for large-scale optimization problems, announced the Ballistic Simulated Bifurcation
Algorithm and the Discrete Simulated Bifurcation Algorithm (dSB), new algorithms that far surpass the performance of Toshiba’s previous Simulated Bifurcation Algorithm (SB).
The new algorithms will be applied to finding solutions to highly complex problems in areas as diverse as portfolio management, drug development and logistics
management.Introduced in April 2019, the previous SB broke new ground as a platform for finding solutions to combinatorial optimization problems, surpassing other approaches by
a factor of 10(Note 1). Toshiba has now extended this achievement with two new algorithms that apply innovative approaches, such as a quasi-quantum tunneling effect, to performance
improvement, allowing them to acquire optimal solutions (exact solutions) for large-scale combinatorial optimization problems that challenge the capabilities of their predecessor.
Implemented on a 16-GPU machine, dSB can find a nearly optimal solution of a one-million-bit problem, the world's largest scale combinatorial problem yet reported in scientific
papers, in 30 minutes—a computation that would take 14 months on a typical CPU-based computer. The research results were published in the online academic journal, Science
Advances, on February 3.The new algorithms have different characteristics. bSB is optimized and named for speed of operation, and finds good approximate solutions in a short time.
It generates fewer errors than a previously reported Adiabatic Simulated Bifurcation Algorithm, and so returns faster, more accurate results. Implemented on a field programmable gate
array (FPGA), dubbed the ballistic simulated bifurcation machine , it obtains a good solution to a 2,000-bit problem approximately 10 times faster than the previous ASB
machine.DSBis a high-accuracy algorithm. Although implemented in a classical computer, it nonetheless arrives at optimal solutions faster than current quantum machines. Its name
is derived from the replacement of continuous variables with discrete variables in equations of motion. This exhibits a quasi-quantum tunneling effect that breaks through the limits of
approaches grounded in classical mechanics, reaching the optimal solution of the 2000-bit problem.

belong to the TXZ+™ family. The M4K, M4M, M4G, and M4N groups are based on the Arm Cortex-M4 core, and the

of applications such as motor control, connected IoT devices, leading-edge sensing functionalities, etc.Engineering
samples will start to ship in the fourth quarter of FY2020 (January to March 2021) and mass production will start in the
second quarter of FY2021 (July to September 2021). Associated documentation, development tools and sample
software will also be provided. The advanced class has a maximum operating frequency of 200MHz, flash memory of
max. 2MB and 12-bit analog-to-digital converters. They are equipped with application-focused peripherals such as
high-efficiency motor control engines or rich connectivity interfaces.

Financial, M&A Updates IT Shades Engage & Enable ASML (Netherlands) reports €14.0 billion net sales and €3.6 billion net income in 2020 • Q4 net sales of €4.3 billion, gross margin of 52.0%, net income of €1.4 billion • Q4 net bookings of €4.2 billion • 2020 net sales of €14.0 billion, gross margin of 48.6%, net income of €3.6 billion • ASML expects Q1 2021 net sales of between €3.9 billion and €4.1 billion and a gross margin between 50% and 51% • ASML intends to declare a total dividend over 2020 of €2.75 per ordinary share (15% increase) • ASML intends to declare a total dividend in respect of 2020 of €2.75 per ordinary share. Recognizing the interim dividend of €1.20 per ordinary share paid in November 2020, this leads to a final dividend proposal to the General Meeting of €1.55 per ordinary share. This is a 15% increase compared to the 2019 total dividend of €2.40 per ordinary share. • As part of its financial policy to return excess cash to its shareholders through growing dividends and share buybacks, in January 2020, ASML announced a new three-year share buyback program, to be executed within the 2020–2022 time frame. As part of this program, ASML intends to purchase shares up to €6 billion, which includes a total of up to 0.4 million shares to cover employee share plans. ASML intends to cancel the remainder of the shares repurchased. To date, €1.2 billion worth of shares has been repurchased under the current program. Executive Commentary “Our fourth-quarter sales came in at €4.3 billion, which is above our guidance. This was mainly due to additional DUV shipments and upgrade opportunities. We shipped nine EUV systems and recognized revenue for eight systems in the fourth quarter. Our fourth-quarter net bookings came in at €4.2 billion, including €1.1 billion from EUV systems (net six units).The total net sales for the year was €14.0 billion, including €4.5 billion from 31 EUV systems. For ASML, 2020 was a year of strong growth, both in sales and in profitability.For 2021, we expect another year of growth driven by strong Logic demand and continued recovery in Memory.
