3. How Can I Stop Important Messages
From Going into my Spam/Junk Folder?
• Add to safe senders list
• Add to contacts
• Delete senders from blocked senders list

4. AddtoSafeSendersLists
Junk Mail Folder
Right Click on email
Click on Junk Email
Add Sender/Domain
to Safe Senders List

5. AddtoContacts
Click Contacts
Click New
Add Contact Information
Click Save & Close

6. RemovefromBlockSendersList
Press Actions
Click Junk E-mail
Chose Junk E-mail Options
Pick the Block SendersTab
Click Remove
