2. Pedram Zohrevand is a highly experienced professional with
noteworthy experience in structural analysis and design of
residential and commercial buildings. These buildings are
made out of concrete, steel, wood, masonry and hybrid
systems.
3. He has good a expertise in dynamic analysis and seismic
design of different structural systems. He has been also
working for quite a long time with varied structural design
codes, namely ASCE 7, ACI, AISC, IBC, ASCE 41, UBC, NDS,
MSJC, CBC, FBC and more.
Pedram Zohrevand is the Director of Engineering at CES4.
He has worked with many other reputed organizations, such as
City of Fort Lauderdale (as the Assistant City Engineer from
April 2014 to October 2015). He was responsible for the
managerial and professional engineering work in the Public
Works Department Engineering Division and oversaw and
supervised all the engineering and architectural activities
throughout the city.
4. Being a director at CES4, he is having two offices
in Florida and California. He did several projects in
Florida and earthquake retrofit projects in
California.
Pedram Zohrevand manages all types of design
services in various areas, which includes structural
and civil engineering, and also project management
and construction inspection. He is responsible for
the management and execution of all the structural
engineering projects, along with assessment, design
and rehabilitation of residential and commercial
buildings and seismic retrofit.
5. Pedram Zohrevand has a Ph.D. in Civil
Engineering from Florida International University,
Miami, Florida. His dissertation topic was “Seismic
Behavior of Novel Structures Made of Advanced
Construction Materials”.
Prior to this, he has completed his M.Sc. in Civil
Engineering from Iran University of Science and
Technology, Tehran, Iran and B.Sc. in the same field
from Isfahan University of Technology, Isfahan,
Iran.
