This document summarizes a case study of a partnership between a family support charity and a banking corporation to deliver a financial capability programme. Over three years, the programme provided training to 1,500 families through 120 volunteers. Feedback was positive from families, staff, and volunteers. The partnership faced some challenges around expectations and metrics but overall succeeded in supporting families and engaging employees. Looking ahead, the organizations will work to achieve targets, produce additional reports, and translate learnings into an online resource while maintaining an open relationship.
