David Hill, is a partner with Finnegan,Henderson,Farabow,Garrett & Rajeev Gupta, Ph.D., is an attorney with Finnegan, Henderson,
Dunner, L.L.P., in Washington,DC.has a diverse practice that includes Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, L.L.P., in Washington, DC. Dr. Gupta
