1. Faimous
The Zhangjiajie National Forest Park is a unique
national forest park located in Zhangjiajie City in
northern Hunan Province in the People's
Republic of China.
The most notable geographic features of the
park are the pillar-like formations that are seen
throughout the park.They are the result of many
years of physical, rather than chemical, erosion.
One of the park's quartz-sandstone pillars, the
1,080-metre (3,540 ft) Southern Sky Column,

MOSE (MOdulo Sperimentale Elettromeccanico, Experimental Electromechanical Module) is
a project intended to for a specific, vital and necessary purpose.
The project is an integrated system consisting of rows of mobile gates installed at the Lido,
Malamocco, and Chioggia inlets that are able to achieve a special situation.
Before the acronym was used to describe the entire ______ __________ system, MOSE
referred to the 1:1 scale prototype of a gate that had been tested between 1988 and 1992 at
the Lido inlet.
The name also holds a secondary meaning: "MOSE" alludes to the biblical character Moses
("Mosè" in Italian), who is remembered for parting the Red Sea.

heritage property located at 78, Bhulabhai Desai Road,Breach Candy, Mumbai,
India.
A Grade-III listed mansion designed 1933 by British architect Claude Batley, the
property was originally built for the Maharaja of Wankaner, HH Sir Amarsinhji
Banesinhji and his son Pratapsinhji Jhala. From 1957 the property was leased to
the X and served as their Y.
The foreigner (February 12, 1809 – April 15, 1865), in honour of whom the
property is named, was also a statesman and lawyer. The X decided to sell the
property and shifted to the Y to its current location in Bandra Kurla Complex.
In September 2015, it was sold for a reported Rs 7.5 billion (US$ 113 million), to
Cyrus Poonawalla. The September 2015 purchase was in the news for being
reported as the most expensive residential property transaction in India's history.

The Archaeological Survey of India (ASI), the current caretaker of
the structure, mentions in its records, "There are various theories
regarding the purpose for which X was constructed. However, it is
widely accepted that it was built at the center of the city, to
commemorate the eradication of Cholera", a deadly disease which
was widespread at that time. The ruler had prayed for the end of
the plague that was ravaging his city and vowed to build a place of
worship at the very place where he prayed.
Due to its architectural style, it is also called as the ‘Arc de

Hashima Island, commonly called Gunkanjima, is an abandoned island lying about
15 kilometers from the city of Nagasaki, in southern Japan. It is one of 505
uninhabited islands in Nagasaki Prefecture. The island's most notable features are

surrounding sea wall. While the island is a symbol of the rapid industrialization of
Japan, it is also a reminder of its history as a site of forced labor prior to and

3. What building?
It was designed by American architect George Bergstrom (1876–1955), and built
by general contractor John McShain of Philadelphia. Ground was broken for
construction on September 11, 1941, and the building was dedicated on January
15, 1943.
It is the world's largest office building, with about 6,500,000 sq ft (600,000 m2

The firm Scherbius & Ritter, co-founded by Arthur Scherbius,
patented ideas for a ______ machine in 1918 and began
marketing the finished product under the brand name X in
1923, initially targeted at commercial markets.
Like other rotor machines, the X machine is a combination of

housing complex in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, designed by
Israeli/Canadian architect Moshe Safdie. It was originally
conceived as his master's thesis in architecture at McGill

stories in height. According to Safdie's firm, "initial models of
