12. "Photography, projected on the present only and based objectively on what exist in
front of the camera, it is stated to be the most trenchant means of recording real life
in all its aspects.
From this is its the documentary value, and if to that we adds the sensitivity and
acceptance of the subject matter, but above all a clear idea of the its place in the
evolution of historical events, I think the result is worthy of its own role inside the
social revolution."

winning photo. Kim was screaming. She was
running naked up a road. She was in agony.

31. Let me define the work of Angerio Filangieri,
heroic.
Within 35 years (end of 1968) has collected information
compatible with the modern approaches to landscape studies
and regional planning.
Thanks to him we have listed buildings, ruins, old cities,
environment, geological structures, historical land use.
Text sources and maps are also a substantial part of the
inventory.
Moreover the 39,4% of the municipalities can be considered
highly precious and need a strong focus on urban expansion
policies.

43. Future intentions and improvements
The Filangieri inventory is a huge collection of historical
documents, which aims to spread the awareness of the
heritage which constitutes the base of the cultural
landscapes of Campania Region…

44. …therefore it is strategical improve its diffusion not just in a
narrow circle of specialists but also among the private
citizens who daily make the history of the places.
A platform such as Topotheque, within a digital context
web 2.0, aims at maximizing the usability among people
and direct involvement of the users in the definition of
information.
The international context allows a resonance and
circulation of specific contents, linked to history and life of
local communities (sometimes very small), which would
otherwise not be possible to highlight.
