production plant, 3*2000 MT/Day Urea Facility, EPC contract by UHDE (TKIS

 Participating in the pre-commissioning, commissioning & startup, operation and
maintenance for following instrumentations in both plants of HFC 2006-2007 &
MOPCO 2007-2008 & ENPC 1&2 (E-Agrium ) 2012-2016 :
 Woodward 505,505E, 5009 (Siemens speed Governor of steam turbines).

 Planning for resources and manpower for planned shutdown of the plant and
execution including start up.
 Reducing & Metering Station (progetti europo & global s.p.o.).
 Participate in commissioning & Startup with GASCO team in our plant.
 Superintendent the Weekly and Daily work order to shift leader engineers with
CMMS Maximo system.
 Develops and maintains preventative maintenance schedule for Instrumentation,
plant equipment and process systems. Analyzes, instruments and transmitters test
data; recommends repairs or improvements as appropriate. Troubleshoots and
diagnoses difficult problems and recommends repairs
 Awareness of Hazardous area classifications of the instrument devices
 Capable of guiding/leading the instrument maintenance team and implementing
the best maintenance strategy for the plant.
 Organizing Team leader to make sure 24-hour cover is available.
 Responsible for preparing spare parts and purchases order.
