• Spinning the ball,
tossing it from 1 end of
the table to the other.
• Waiting for the
opponent do the
mistake.

4. There are 2 kinds of players
• The What the Heck
• Fast paced,
Ones!-
• Believe in smashing the
ball and beating the
player out right.
• Making mistakes
themselves or winning
the point.

5. What kind of a Product Manager
are you?
The Cool One
OR
What the Heck One?

6. The Cool One Product Manager
• The Safe & Cool one,
• Will never take the risk,
• The pressure,
• Or the burden to go the
extra mile.

7. The What the Heck! Product Manager
• The fast paced,
• The risk taker,
• The guy who gives
timelines without a buffer
&
• Has the confidence that
the product would get
delivered.

8. Why you should be the latter one?
• Cause if in a ping pong game the game is slow,
– no one enjoys it,
• the audience,
• the opponent
• nor the player himself.
– This kind of game-play is good for practice.
• But if you’re the latter one,
– there is excitement,
– pressure,
– sleepless nights,
– lunch-less afternoons
• but finally Delivery & a winning point.

9. But what about the Other Side?
• This also has its dry side of the story,
• But who cares,
If you’re the guy with common sense, you’d
make your choice & win your point.
