My Directions
To better know my second home, I should do the following tasks:
3. My Tasks
Complete the chart of the school facilities. Record at least (5) facilities you
have visited. Write down the importance of these in the teaching-learning process.
School Facilities
Visited
Importance of these Facilities in the Teaching –Learning
Process
Classroom
It is where formal learning usually occurs in a most
conducive and meaningful manner. Students are free from
disturbances of outside forces.
Library
It serves as the students’ refuge especially when they need to
look for reliable sources and collect ideas in order to fully
understand the topic. It is indeed an essential facility of a
school that should be present.
Science Laboratory
The Science laboratory offers apparatuses useful in making
actual experiments and investigatory projects. It is where
experiments are done.
Medical clinic
A place where we can ask for mild medications for mild pains
and ailments.
Guidance Office
A perfect place to calm and refresh our thoughts and settle
things down through the pieces of advice from our guidance
counselor.
Function Hall
It provides avenue for big events like graduation, JS prom,
seminars and trainings, and the like.
6. My Reflections
After I analyzing the school’s vision, mission, and goals of
J.H. Cerilles State College – High School Laboratory
I realized that the school has high level of outlooks on the students it produces.
Aligned with its outlooks are the methods, activities, and other manners of acquiring
knowledge in order to achieve its vision, mission, and goals. Verily, the teachers are well-
equipped with the competencies needed in holistically molding and shaping the students
to the best of their abilities. Students are expected to shine nationally and internationally.
So, I need to exert my best in abiding the vision, mission, and goals the school
has formulated in order for my students to learn. I need to adapt and patiently observe
their goals by means of making myself an example to my students for them to do so.
Moreover, I need to observe punctuality and promptness in all my appointments and
commitments. I need to consider my students’ learning before anything else.
