• Income Tax returns for latest three years along with Profit and Loss a/c
statement and Balance Sheet. (Attach computation of income certified
by the Chartered Accountant)
• Current a/c statement for last one year from where transactions of
business take place (Certified by the Bank)
• Shop Act License
• Brief write-up about the business venture
• Partnership Deed (if any)
