JOB SUMMERY
Under general supervision, Performs general clerical duties, maintaining files, completing reports, performing limited
typing or related duties.
RESPONSIBILITES & DUTIES
1. Coordinates in the process of new employment application
2. Reviews and processes personnel document and appropriately maintain proper filing system. Observe all
confidentiality requirements.
3. Ensure that all required documents are available in employee file.
4. Explains procedures to labors during induction program.
5. Reviews all paperwork for accuracy and completeness and forward relevant papers to Compensation specialist to
take action on payroll , insurance and etc.
6. Receives information from injured labors, completes First Report of Injury and forwards to Compensation &
Benefit Specialist for his further action.
7. Receives medical bills from labors and forwards to Compensation& Benefit Specialist for further formalities.
8. Properly processes and maintains leave records of shop workers according to established guidelines.
9. Accurately answers labors’ questions and properly advises them on the correct use of leave.
10. Coordinate with Recruitment officer and PRO to ensure that employment visas are under process for new hired.
11. Ensure that new employees are sent for medical test and finger print on time.
12. Follow up typing of labors application for visa processing.
13. Ensure that new employees are received their ID cards and Health cards upon reviving residence visa.
14. Accurately calculates over time of labors and forward to Compensation Specialist prior to payroll date.
15. Order stationary, groceries, cleaning materials and maintain record.
16. Supervise and handle camp maintenance.
17. Supervise drivers and their day to day activity
18. Reservation of hotel accommodation for new joiners and company gust
19. Ticket booking and deal with travel agencies
20. Report to HRM directly if there is any problem or delay in his work process.

High school diploma or equivalent with minimum 1 year experience in personnel department.
