4. For the second activity, let’s go
chronological. Get a sheet of paper.
Kindly draw a long horizontal line. This
will be your LIFELINE. Kindly copy the
image that was shown for reference.
5. Plot your life experiences on the
lifeline below. ‘Highs’ may represent
the high moments of happiness, joy,
achievements, etc., while ‘Lows’ may
represent the more reflective,
challenging phases of your life.
6. For the first line, plot your lifeline
that tackles your own life (student-
career life, physical/health,
spiritual, love life, etc.).
7. Get another pen with a different
color. For the second line, plot
your lifeline that tackles your life
in relation with others (family,
clan, friends/social life,
community/nation, etc.).
8. What did you feel while you
were doing the activity?
Why?
9. Let’s study your life line.
What were the high points of
your life? Low points?
16. IF YOU’RE LOST, YOU CAN
LOOK, AND YOU WILL FIND ME,
TIME AFTER TIME.
IF YOU FALL, I WILL CATCH YOU,
I WILL BE WAITING, TIME AFTER
TIME.
17. In our own journey, we have
experienced so many things –
surprises, proud moments, happy
times, bad days, tragedies and
failures.
18. And in all of these experiences, it
seems that there was someone
who was constant.
19. The challenge for us is to
acknowledge that constant in our
lives – through high points and
low points.
20. It is in this recognition that we can
fully embrace our personal history,
personal journey – that no matter
what, there will be someone who
will be with us.
