3. Background
From my preliminary task I can see that a background that
is busy is not right for a magazine. In magazine’s there are
mainly white and black backgrounds rather than a
background that takes your attention away from the model.
To improve that me and my partner made sure that our
main task images had a white and black background rather
than an busy one. This made my magazine look more
professional and appealing to look at.
4. Text
From my preliminary task I can see that the subheading
text is too big and bold and it distracts you from the main
image.
To change this I made sure that all my text would be less
bold and more thin and delicate. This made my magazine
look more appealing and brought my attention to the image
rather than the text around her face.
5. Puff
From my preliminary task I can see that my puff that is
above the mast head is too big and bold.
To improve this I made sure that my puff would be in a
more thin text and is the length of the masthead to creat
continuity.
6. Image
From my preliminary task I can see that the image was not
an excellent image. The picture was highly contrasted and
did not make the viewer focus on the model.
To improve this I made sure that my image would have
great lighting and was positioned correctly so that the viwer
would focus on the model.
