Musings – The Morgan / Klein Agenda
MyPOV: Every change is an opportunity. The challenges are known &
have been simmering for a while. Time to tackle them fast and quick,
to ensure SAP remains relevant in the 2020s and beyond.
From conversations with the SAP ecosystem… here are the top issues
that should be on the agenda of Jennifer Morgan and Christian Klein:
• Fix the SAP value proposition for ERP and more in the 21st century.
• Define what is in S/4HANA / what is 6 Sisters – and what not.
• Regain customer base trust via roadmaps and executing to them.
• Clarify the integration strategy between the SAP automation areas.
• Re-visit Elliott agreement for more R&D investment going forward.
• Dissolve the cultural stereo types, Morgan in D, Klein in US.
