HR Generalist, with a broad knowledge of HR, including processes and procedures, employee
relations, Employment Law, and various other discipline areas, while meeting your corporate and

            ○   Actively participates and demonstrates leadership as a member of the HR team
                in contributing strategic ideas and follows through on ideas that benefit the
                corporate, as well as the remote locations.
            ○   Provides quality support and initiatives to further overall business goals and
                objectives.
            ○   Administers policies and training related to aspects of human resources
                activity at both the corporate site and the multi-state service centers.
            ○   Initiates proactive hr and employee relations solutions to address employee
                performance issues while empowering, motivating, and inspiring the employee
                to improve and achieve top performance. Works to maintain a neutral balance
                between employee and employer.
            ○   Partners with first line and operations managers on Associate Relations issues
                and employee empowerment with their employees ensure compliance with
                EEO, ADA, FMLA and other areas of employment law.
