Freedom Recruitment was formed in 1997 to provide a high quality
professional recruitment service to our portfolio of clients within the
Retail and Fashion industries.
Our success in providing this service has resulted in the expansion of
our business. Located in the heart of London and Birmingham our
teams recruit on a national scale across all specialist areas of the Retail
and Fashion industries. Further demand from our clients has resulted
in the establishment of our International Division.

6. Design
The Freedom Design Team provides a tailored recruitment service for an
expanding portfolio of clients. Our clients range from luxury designers and
couture houses, to suppliers, brands and retailers.
We supply both temporary and permanent staff across a variety of disciplines
including Graphic Design, Apparel, Footwear, Accessories and Homeware.
With a strong understanding of designers’ handwriting we are able to offer a
specialist service ensuring that our candidates meet our clients’ style

8. Buying & Merchandising
As one of the founding divisions within the business, the Buying &
Merchandising Team has established a strong reputation for bringing

Working in partnership with a diverse range of clients from high street
retailers, department stores and luxury boutiques, through to supermarket
and multiple retailers. The Freedom Buying & Merchandising Team recruits
