This document provides information about the 12th Annual Jewell Morris Memorial Golf Tournament happening on May 16th, 2011. It lists past hole sponsors and prizes for holes-in-one including $5,000, premium golf equipment, and roundtrip airfare for two. Teams of up to 4 players can register for $280 and hole sponsorships are $100. The tournament will have prizes for different flights based on the number of entries and prizes will include stays at Big Cedar Lodge and McDonald's gift certificates.
