This document provides an introduction and overview of an international field study program taking place in the Guadelete River Delta in Spain. The 4-week program involves students and staff from multiple universities studying the river system through field surveys and analysis. Week 1 involves dividing into groups to analyze different aspects of the upper and lower river courses. Week 2 focuses on developing visions and scenarios for the future of the river system along with relevant management measures. The schedule and logistics of the program are also outlined.
