Application Portfolio Optimization
o HCL did a study of 463 applications across 25 programming languages and then assumed
support of 168 applications after due diligence.
Steady State
o Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 Integrated Support. Application Development & Maintenance across
the scope was handled with the client’s team.
Continuous Improvement
o HCL proposed a total of 31 ideas for cost savings/optimization, of which 11 have been approved
for implementation after review, amounting to a total value delivery of $58K
