BACKGROUND
Our client is a global leader in online learning, with nearly 2,000 textbook
companion Web sites, the InformIT Website for technology professionals,
and the Family Education Network - the award winning online resource
for parents, teachers and children
It faced challenges in enterprise content management [ECM] and
partnered with HCL to set up the environment and build a solution to
cater to its critical business needs.
CHALLENGES / OBJECTIVES
Establish a centralized content repository for print and digital formats while building a SNAPSHOT
