KNB is the office of Recycling and Litter Prevention for the City of Norfolk, providing programs such as curbside and drop-off recycling, environmental education, community service opportunities and Adopt-A-Spot. KNB operates out of the Ernie Morgan Center, located in Lafayette Park in front of the Virginia Zoo.
