polyester and cotton processing facility across Pakistan.

We can produce 9 MILLION yards of processed fabric in polyester per month,
therefore can competently deliver orders at almost any given scale.
Our state of the art modern printing facility includes continuous back process,
and can produce 3.5 MILLION yards of fabric per month.

6. TWISTING
We at ReshmaTex excel our processes by Twisting Filament Yarn into high TM yarn
to run on high speed water jet looms. Our entire machinery is sourced from world-
renowned manufactures from Italy, Japan and Korea, allowing us the versatility to
produce even the finest of thread counts.
With a strong focus on innovation and product development, our own in-house
cutting edge research laboratory supports the sustainability and quality of all of
the fabric we produce.

THE PROCESS
Our process starts with yarn, the ‘twisting machines’ are then used to twist the
yarn, whilst the beam is made in a warping machine by the twisted yarn, it is
important to bear in mind that you have two types of beams; sizing beam and
warping beam.
The sizing beam is non-twisted yarn and warping beam is twisted yarn. After sizing
and warping the beam, it is taken to the loom in the weaving department and the
raw fabric is made by the loom from the polyester.
DESIGNING ON RAW FABRIC (Plain or Dobby *design)
Dobby weaving machines convert almost any given design idea onto fabric. Our
machines have 16 frames, which make them ideal in the the production of top
weight fabrics.

7. WEAVING
Our weaving division has over 300 modern Water Jet Looms which have the
capacity to produce 3 million yards of fabric per month.

8. SILK, POLYESTER& COTTONDYING MILL
Our fabric processing facility is one of the largest and most avante-garde
manufacturing dying units in the country.
With an array of bespoke Italian, Japanese and Korean machinery, we have the
capacity to produce 36 million yards of fabric per annum. Our custom made
machinery is exclusively designed to process heavy and light weight fabrics i.e.
Polyester, American Crepe, China Crepe, Silk, Georgette and Cotton amongst
others.
Automated control systems manage the dyeing lines ensuring color quality,
embossing machines are used for background prints & pressing, whilst comfort
machines and specific treatments are deployed to acquire the selected finish and
softness of the fabric.
Our specialist machinery is used in combination with only the most superior
imported dyes and chemicals, result in our unparalleled quality and finishing of all
the fabrics that are produced at ReshmaTex.

9. PRINTING (COTTON& RAYON)
Our fabric processing facility is one of the largest and most modern manufacturing
units in Pakistan. Our range of custom-made machinery has the capacity to
produce approximately 24 Million yards meters of fabric per annum.
Carefully designed to handle light weight fabrics such as silk, cotton, linen, viscous
and various other man made fabrics. The USP of our bespoke technology and
machinery is the result of extensive research and development, whilst working
hand in hand with world renowned Italian, Japanese and Korean machinery
experts.
With innovation and quality at the forefront of our business, we have developed PM
tools and ERPs to further enable our Quality & Control Department. Whilst our fully
equipped laboratory stringently reviews each fabric process flow at everylevel.
