Description:
All State Inc is one the largest insurers in United States with its main operations in Northbrook,
IL. All their key critical applications which withhold the daily operations and their respective
databases are huge, which have insurer/insured details; the major application Integrated with all
applications is APS (It’s a centralized App). AS-APS DBA team ensures that all database needs are
served to both end vendors/branches and App team as well.
Responsibility: Database Maintenance and Support.
Installing and Configuring SQL Server, including service pack deployments
Database Administration and Maintenance.
Fixing Orphaned users during migration
Implementing disaster recovery plans and the respective HA option
